Yes, the experience surpasses expectation. A mistake was made on my order but Mary in customer service was quick, kind and solved my issue and I was refunded for what I didn’t receive. I was skeptical about ordering such an expensive product from the site but they proved me wrong. The doll again is incredible but if you can’t bear hug lift a heavy human being without hurting yourself then I would say don’t buy it. I get quite a workout just moving it from the storage case to the bed. But its definitely worth it.
